Healing the Spiritual Body
The Spiritual Body holds our connection to the pure vibration of life force energy, or prana, and serves to guide the flow of our consciousness. Shamanism is one of the original forms of spiritual healing that uses soul retrieval as a practice that allows for lost, damages or fractured aspects of the spirt to be returned to the soul of the person to restore full health. Shamanic practice can also remove negative or blocked energies to restore balance and harmony. Julie completed her shamanic trained with Michael Harner in San Francisco, learning the basic principles of traditional shamanism in The Way of the Shaman. She also has personal experience working with plant medicines including Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, Cannabis, MDMA, LSD, Mescaline, Bufo Alvarius and 5-meO-DMT.
Yoga is another ancient practice that allows for the connection to and activation of life force energy called prana. Through meditative postures and breathing practices called pranayama, we are able to build our spiritual energies and welcome it into the body temple for full health and wellbeing. Julie completed her 500 hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 at Shri Kali Ashram in India practicing Traditional Ayurvedic Yoga.
